Houston Housing Authority
Window Replacement and Kitchen Cabinets
60 Housing Units
The Houston Housing Authority replaced 488 windows on elderly and low-income housing throughout both their sites.
The replacement required a unique application for reinstallation of thermal pane glass and thermally-broke frames as the existing frames were to remain. The new windows give the Housing Authority a fresh new look and increase the energy efficiency of the windows.
Another project involved kitchen cabinet upgrades for 60 units located at Skyview, Ozark, and Chestnut Terraces. This project was funded through the “American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.”
