70 YEARS

In 2017, Esterly, Schneider will celebrate it’s 70th year in business.  Started in 1947, by the late A.C. Esterly, the firm and their consultants, have provided complete architectural services, functional programming, land/master planning, engineering, interior design, and landscape architecture to clients in Southwest Missouri as well as throughout the United States.

In 1985, the present firm of Esterly, Schneider & Associates was incorporated in Missouri, with Craig A Schneider becoming partner.  In 2014, Melissa A Higbie, Thomas A Lundberg, and Timothy M Guillot also joined as partners.  Following the tradition of excellence that was begun in 1947, Esterly, Schneider & Associates, Inc., AIA continues active involvement in communities across the nation, providing architectural leadership in Financial Institutions, Commercial, Medical, Governmental, Educational, and Industrial Facilities.

With our history of 70 years of projects, there have been many great experiences to share and showcase.  We hope you will enjoy learning about our journey, as we take a look back at our history “By the Numbers,” and we move forward in our future.
