Melissa has over 28 years of experience in the architectural design field with Esterly, Schneider & Associates. Her clear understanding of the technical aspects of the profession and the need for precise design documents are the foundation she uses to deliver a positive experience to our clients. Utilizing her knowledge and leadership, Melissa oversees the firm’s design studio and its daily schedules and production. Melissa was responsible for the design and oversight of the award-winning Transportation Management Center of the Ozarks, (the City of Springfield’s first LEED Gold designed project) and has earned a reputation of excellence among clients and construction industry leaders.
